I’m baaaack. The photo.. To me, this is a very inspiring image. That’s my oldest son walking the puppies. Notice the entire beach is void of people other than my son. I love that about our home area. There’s so may areas such as this one where if you take the time, you will be touched and inspired by Mother Nature.. uncut natural energy that moves you.. And at times, even takes your breath away. This is the prime reason to visit the alters of Mother Nature in the first place. Allow it… and she will move you to your core.

This is the downhill side for Likuid Eklektik’s sophomore release and it’s a good representation of progress both in song writing and production. I was getting just a bit frustrated with adjusments and more adjustments and … It has made big difference following my wife’s advice and buying some decent speakers..actual.. studio.. monitors. It has made all the difference in the world. Financially I couldn’t really afford them, afford them but, the other side of that is it really does streamline my process all around.
In the meantime while I’m finishing up the release list, I’ve started setting up mixing templates for the next newest thing from humanmusique. It’s a Papa T album. I’m calling it “Dub Project #2”.. for now at least. It will consist of about 10 selections from both Papa T and one from Likuid Eklektik’s first album.. Never2Late.. along with one or two that will be fresh out of the box. I’m excited not only to apply everything I’ve learned from the last project but, I’m going to learn more with this project also. It just gets better and better.
Be on the look out for a couple of announcements leading up to the February 14th release. Those will be posted on fb, instagram, X (formally twitter), linkedIn and the neighborhood app. And remember.. interact, comment..
